The sixth and final round of the Britpart British Cross Country Championship will be held in Walters Arena, Glynneath, South Wales over 13-14 Oct 2012. The team will be present throughout and it will be a fantastic finale to a long and difficult season with Chris Ratter and Barney Gillespie looking to lead a late charge in the Freelander Championship against the rival challenger Nick Lines who has produced a consistent display this year and looks set to take the trophy.

When the Race2Recovery team competed in Morocco in March 2012 it was their first international test and for many of the team members it was their first desert race too. For the wounded team members this was also going to be their first time back in the desert since they were injured.
